Products & Services

JAWS manufacturing has been in the sheet metal pressing industry for over two decades and has a wide product range which includes copper washers, racking, canopy clamps, gaskets, die-cuts, and various welded assemblies. While there is always s demand for both non-automotive and automotive, our core business has remained pressed metal components for the automotive industry.

Sheet Metal Pressing

We run eccentric and hydraulic presses which cover a range of 32 ton to 300 ton and are serviced by strip and coil feeding mechanisms. We press various metal components for automotive powertrain and structural assemblies.

Roller Pressing

We have four roller presses with capacities of 700mm to 1800mm which are capable of cutting various materials including paper, ceramic fiber, non-ferrous metals and thin galvanized sheet. We die-cut gaskets and heat shields and other components requiring

Welded Assemblies

Our welding bays are fully equipped with jigs and fixtures for small and medium sized assemblies.

Tool making

Design work is done on the premises by fully qualified and experienced tool makers with tool try-out facilities available in house.
